Warranty
Every Jacoby Custom Cue is thoroughly inspected before leaving our shop. Jacoby Custom Cues, Inc. warranties this pool cue for the lifetime of the cue against any defects that are due to materials or craftsmanship.
This warranty does not apply where:
Repairs, or attempted repairs, have been made by persons other than Jacoby Custom Cues, Inc. or authorized Jacoby Custom Cue personnel.
The cue has been abused or involved in an accident.
Misuse or mishandling is evident.
Improper storage.
This warranty excludes warpage, ivory, and normal wear on replaceable items such as tips, finish and wrap. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original owner. Warranty card must be registered within 15 days of purchase with a copy of the original sales receipt from Jacoby Custom Cues dealer. Jacoby Custom Cues, Inc. will either repair or replace your cue (at Jacoby Custom Cues, Inc. option) without charge.
