Dear All,

Please find attached again the invitation in case of the Euro Tour "Dynamic Spain Open 2010" presented by Show sports. If you want to announce for this event then please feel free to do so via the website http://www.eurotouronline.eu or via gre.leenders@planet.nl.

I also send this E-mail to all players who already announced for the event in Spain because I have received the shuttle service information from the airport to the hotel and back. The otal costs for the shuttle is 20€ for both ways, so from the Airport to the hotel & from the hotel back to the Airport.
The shuttle will generally work on the Wednesday 01.12.2010 and back on Saturday 04.12.2010 and 05.12.2010. I don't know if the shuttle works also on other arrival and departure days. If you want to use the shuttle on other days then the once mentioned before then please send me an E-mail and I will ask and let you know. The shuttle will only operate from Alicante Airport.
If you want to book the shuttle service then please send me the following information:

Arrival:
Arrival date.
Arrival time.
Flight number.
Amount of People

Departure:
Departure date.
Departure Time.
Flight number.
Amount of people.

Dear All,

If you are announced for the Euro Tour "Dynamic Spain Open 2010" presented by Showsports and if you want to use the shuttle service from Alicante Airport to the venue and back for the prize of 20¤ per person, then I want to inform you that the deadline for booking the shuttle service is 27.11.2010.
After 27.11.2010 it will be not possible anymore to book the shuttle because of the fact that the schedule for the service will be ready and can't be changed anymore.
So if you want to book the shuttle service that please send the following information before 27.11.201":

Arrival Date
Arrival Time
Flight number
Amount of people

Also we need the same information from the return flight.

All players who already have send their request, did receive a confirmation already and therefore don't have to do anything anymore. They will receive automatically a few days before the event a clear E-mail how the shuttle service will be arranged.
